Understanding WhatsApp notifications in Savvy Commerce - how they work and why they are useful
What is it?
WhatsApp Notifications is a new Savvy Commerce feature that allows both you (the merchant) and your customers to receive instant WhatsApp messages when an order is placed and paid for.
Why is it helpful?
For your Customers:
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive immediate confirmation of their order after payment
Order Details: Get a summary of the order, including order number and product details.
Merchant Contact: Have easy access to the merchant's contact information for any inquiries.

For Merchants:
Order Alerts: Get notified instantly when a new order is placed.
Customer Details: Access the customer's contact information for follow-up or support.
Order Summary: Review the order details, including the transaction value and a link to the order page.
How does it work?
Once a customer has placed an order and successfully paid, a WhatsApp message is automatically sent to their mobile number. You (the merchant) will receive a WhatsApp message with the order details at the same time. You can also review the order details in your store settings when logging into your Savvy Site account.
